Love the product. The vanilla taste good . I mixed it with water in the past.
But I keep staying hungry after couple if hours.
So I now mix it with almond milk ( the 3 ingredients in it )and I am better now . My job is physical. Will try next week to go on fasting again .

Just started yesterday but so far so good. Does keep me full for a while. Taste isn’t great but I’d rather have something that works more than a great tasting shake. I did three shakes yesterday and a cup of tea at night and I weigh three pounds less than I did the morning I started. it’s nice to see the scale move in the right direction!
