Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days unless otherwise stated on a product page. If you have any concern about when an item will be shipped, please contact us prior to ordering. Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which cannot be delivered by the carrier, will have the customer be responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If there are charges for sending the item back to Hawthorne Distribution, the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Due to fraud risk, Hawthorne Distribution Inc. does not to permit customers re-routing of packages after placing an order.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous U.S.

OUTSIDE USA
International Shipping will be calculated (based on total weight and destination) in real-time at checkout. International Shipping may take 7-21 business days to arrive.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
While we do everything we can to ensure orders are properly packaged, occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this happens to you, we kindly ask that you take a picture of the damaged item and packaging and send it to info@hawthornedistribution.com. You will be required to provide a proof of damage. Contact Hawthorne Distribution customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier and unfortunately can be a time consuming process. We ask that you are understanding, and work with us to resolve any issues. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are taken care of.
